AUTOELREPHO®
AUTOELREPHO® spectroreflectometer is a laboratory instrument that makes it easy to control the optical properties like whiteness and brightness of pulp or paper products. Excellent resolution makes it possible to detect even the smallest variations in the shade, and measured optical parameters help you find the cause of variation. Based on the measurement data, it is also possible to optimize the consumption and cost of fluorescent whitening agent (FWA) and other additives. A new grade is always a challenge, but with AUTOELREPHO® the production can start on time with minimum cost and maximum profitability.
The operation of AUTOELREPHO® is designed to be user friendly. Built-in computer, a colour monitor and interactive user interface ease operators' work. AUTOELREPHO® performs the measurement routines and the necessary calculations automatically. The results are shown on the screen, printed on paper or sent directly to the mill computer system.
AUTOELREPHO® is furnished with a unique built-in calibration unit which makes manual routine calibrations unnecessary. The automation of daily or hourly calibrations minimizes human errors in handling of the reflectance normals and drift in the photometric scale caused by contamination.
